How our products are made

Every Cool Mums Club piece is printed on demand, specifically for your order. This means nothing sits in a warehouse — your piece is made when you order it. It takes a little longer than buying off the shelf, and it means we don't produce unnecessary waste.

Processing time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and quality checked before it is dispatched. During peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day) this may extend to 5–7 business days. We'll let you know if there are any delays.

Delivery — Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on all Australian orders over $75
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched

Delivery — International

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Afterpay

Afterpay is available at checkout on all orders. Split your purchase into four fortnightly payments. Standard Afterpay terms and conditions apply.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check sizing carefully before ordering — our size guide is available on every product page.

We will always replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged or faulty on arrival
  • Incorrectly printed (wrong design, wrong colour)
  • Lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@coolmumsclub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out promptly.

Order cancellations

As orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered the printing queue. Contact us at hello@coolmumsclub.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has commenced.

Wrong address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@coolmumsclub.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
