How are Cool Mums Club products made?
Every CMC piece is printed on demand, specifically for your order. We work with premium print-on-demand partners — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your piece is made when you buy it, which takes a little longer but means higher quality and zero unnecessary waste.
What products do you offer?
We offer tees, jumpers (crew sweatshirts), tank tops and accessories. Each design is available in multiple colourways. Browse the full collection at coolmumsclub.com/collections/all.
What colourways are available?
Our jumper and tee ranges are available in Black, Sand, Grey Marle, Ecru and Bone. Each colourway has a tonal logo colour that has been specifically selected to complement it — the logo colour changes per colourway and is noted on each product page.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer XS through 2XL. All CMC pieces are designed with an oversized fit — we recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look. A full size guide with measurements is available on every product page.
Can I customise a piece?
Not at this stage — all products feature the Cool Mums Club registered trademark designs as shown on the site.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checking, then 3–7 business days for delivery across Australia. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–12 business days. During peak periods like Christmas and Mother's Day, allow a little extra time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all Australian orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
We will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged, incorrectly printed, or are lost in transit. Contact us at hello@coolmumsclub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so we can only cancel before printing has commenced. Contact us at hello@coolmumsclub.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel — we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@coolmumsclub.com and we will do our best to update your address before dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Shopify Payments. Afterpay is also available at checkout — split your purchase into four fortnightly payments.
Is Afterpay available?
Yes — Afterpay is available on all orders at checkout. Standard Afterpay terms and conditions apply.

What is Cool Mums Club?
Cool Mums Club is an Australian-trademarked apparel brand founded by Ti-Ahna, a Sydney-based marketing consultant and mum. CMC is built for the mum who is fully in it — the whole beautiful, difficult, relentless, genuinely good thing — and still unmistakably herself. Not surviving motherhood. Wearing it well.
Is Cool Mums Club a registered trademark?
Yes. Cool Mums Club is an Australian registered trademark. This means CMC is a real brand, worth protecting — and when you wear it, you're wearing something that someone fought to make real.
How do I care for my CMC piece?
Machine wash cold with like colours. Hang to dry. Do not bleach. Turn inside out before washing to preserve the print quality. Cool iron inside out or use a towel to protect the print.
